So I started my fitness journey for the 4th time yesterday. Sounds funny true. I’m posting this here to hold myself accountable.
My Goal:
- To be phyiscally fit in the next 180 days (6 months)
- Dropped to atleast 90Kg
- Dropped waist size from 42 to 34/36
Finding my “Why” has always been the biggest issue when embarking anything new. I think I may’ve just found my “Why” to fitness! 🙂
