The Challenge.

To modernize a legacy media platform that needed to:

  • Securely manage user access across multiple roles and content areas
  • Support modular features: Event Management, Tour Listings, Episode Catalog, and User Spaces

Solution.

Crafted and evolved a WordPress solution with diligent focus on security, scalability, and content excellence:

  1. WordPress Architecture & Cloud Hosting
  • Engineered a responsive, SEO-friendly theme calibrated for culture- and tourism-rich storytelling
  • Migrated and maintain the site on a managed cloud hosting service for high-performance, uptime, and scalability
  1. Role-Based Access Control (Least Privilege Access)

  1. Modular Feature Deployment
  • Integrated dynamic Event Management modules for festival registrations and live event promotion
  • Built Tour Packages functionality—allowing online discovery, booking, and showcase of cultural tours
  • Deployed an Episode Catalog system to feature the latest shows, streaming snippets, and series archives
  • Developed User Spaces / Profiles, enabling user interaction, personalization, and engagement with Goge Africa’s stories
