MTN Nigeria was looking to streamline & modernize their customer relationship experience at all their Customer Service Centers nationwide.
I was contracted to serve as the Project Contractor to design, deploy, train & administer the Queue Management System for Africa’s leading telecommunications service provider, MTN

Brief & Idea.
MTN Nigeria needed to streamline & modernize their customer relationship experience at all their customer service centers national-wide
They needed to reduce & monitor foot-traffic, customer satisfaction, complain/support statues and push real-time information to its customers & staff on site while providing
A state-of-the-art system, which allows its walk-in customer to queue in a convenient and modernized way.
While being able to manage & control all systems from a centralize point (Head Office)
After 4 months of planning, designing & deployment with a dedicated team of 10, we launched the fully completed MTN Queue Management System and deployed to 57 locations across Nigeria
Latest technologies (as at 2012) were used to build this project. I delivered on all requirements by clients and more.
This project is still fully functional and managed by MTN Nigeria.
